FORT RILEY, Kansas –
At Irwin Army Community Hospital we are dedicated to empowering patients by offering hands-on training sessions to enhance their understanding and use of two of the most essential patient service technologies:
Q-Anywhere and the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
These tools are designed to simplify and streamline your healthcare experience, and our goal is to ensure you feel confident using them to their fullest potential.
During the training sessions, our team will provide step-by-step guidance on:
- Q-Anywhere: Learn how to use this virtual queuing system to activate your prescriptions without visiting the pharmacy to pull a ticket. Our reps will walk you through the process, answer your questions, and ensure you’re ready to save time and avoid unnecessary waits.
- MHS GENESIS Patient Portal: Get help creating an account and navigating the portal. Learn how to:
- Request a pharmacy refill.
- View your lab results.
- Send secure messages to your provider team.
These sessions are your opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience with these systems and receive answers to any questions you may have from our knowledgeable staff.
