Health Services

Primary Care

Description of Services

Provides outpatient services for enrolled active duty families (all ages), retires, and retiree family members. The Family Medicine Clinic provides care for routine, non-urgent and acute medical problems.

As a certified Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), one of our goals is to help you manage every aspect of your family’s health care – medical, behavioral, and developmental. To do this, we ask that you discuss your complete medical care with us. We’ll also ask you if you have been seen anywhere else since your last visit. If there’s something that needs to be followed up on, we want to make sure that it doesn’t get overlooked.

Sometimes you may need to see a specialist. We can arrange that, and help coordinate care – for example, if several specialists are involved, we’ll make sure that we put together one plan so you’re not hearing a lot of different things from a lot of different doctors.
