The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. A: We are located in BLDG 677, 2^nd Floor, adjacent to the PX and the Schofield Barracks Dental Clinic.
Q: Are you open on Days of No Scheduled Activities (DONSA)?
A: 3IBCT Clinic is typically not open on DONSAs. 3IBCT patients who need sick call services for acute illness or injury on DONSAs may be seen at the “Consolidated Clinic” (typically held at the 8TSC Clinic, BLDG 678 (C) 2^nd Floor.
Q: How do I schedule a PHA appointment?
A: Prior to scheduling your PHA appointment, please complete the online portion of your PHA in MODS (https://www.mods.army.mil/). After completing the online portion, please contact your Battalion Medics to schedule your PHA appointment with your PCM. You may also call 888-683-2778 or book your PHA appointment through MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
