The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Description of Services

Orthopedic/Upper Extremity Rehabilitation: post-surgical, fracture management, overuse injuries, neuromusculoskeletal specialist, upper extremity orthosis fabrication.

Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation: bio-feedback for headaches, anxiety, and stress management; visual/perceptual screening.

Preparing for your visit

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to allow check-in. If you check in after your appointment time you are considered late, and there may be a delay before you are seen. Patients checking in 15 or more minutes after their appointed time are considered “No Show.” Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the clinic.

If your therapist recommends you make a follow-up appointment, please make one immediately. If you wait, you may not be able to get an appointment in a timely manner.
