Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic - Acute Care Clinic
The Acute Care Clinic at Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic provides same day urgent care for all beneficiaries, including all active and reserve services (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard), their families, and Allied service members. The clinic has the capability to provide minor procedures such as toenail removals, minor laceration repair, suture removals, and abscess management. The Acute Care Clinic has laboratory, pharmacy, and limited radiology capabilities (x-ray only). Services are limited to urgent symptoms and urgent health needs. Limb, eyesight and life-threatening conditions need to be evaluated and managed at Tripler Army Medical Center Emergency Department or the closest ER facility. Tripler Army Medical Center - Emergency Department
The Tripler Emergency Department is the emergency referral center for the entire Pacific Regional Medical Command. We are a Level II Trauma Center, capable of administering care for major and minor medical emergencies and are equipped with our own ambulance service and helipad for medical evacuations.
