Description of Services:

• Treatment of musculoskeletal conditions of the upper and lower extremities
• Limited orthotics fabrication
• Splinting services
• NO casting services
• Provide applicable braces as needed.

 Preparing for your visit:

• Bring/wear shorts if being seen for your first visit for either your hip(s) or leg(s).
• If your provider ordered imagining, please get those prior to coming to first appointment if able.
