Description of Services

• Evaluation and treatment of all musculoskeletal conditions; open to all TRICARE beneficiaries.
• Fracture management, splinting and casting.
• Injection therapy including PRP for active duty.

Preparing for your visit

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment.
• Please wear shorts for any spine, pelvis, or lower extremity condition.
• Complete all imaging before your appointment.
• If imaging (ex: MRI) was completed at an outside/ network facility, please bring a copy of the imaging on a disc, and drop the disc to the Radiology Department 3 days before your appointment.
