Description of Services

Provides outpatient services for enrolled active duty family members ages 0-18. The Pediatric Clinic provides care for routine, non-urgent and acute medical problems.

As a certified Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), one of our goals is to help you manage every aspect of your child’s health care – medical, behavioral, and developmental. To do this, we ask that you discuss your child’s complete medical care with us. We’ll also ask you if your child has been seen anywhere else since your last visit. If there’s something that needs to be followed up on, we want to make sure that it doesn’t get overlooked.

Sometimes, a child may need to see a specialist. We can arrange that, and help coordinate care – for example, if several specialists are involved, we’ll make sure that we put together one plan so you’re not hearing a lot of different things from a lot of different doctors.

Preparing for Your Visit

  1. Planning far in advance will increase the availability of your primary care manager. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to find parking and fill out any necessary paperwork.
  2. Patients more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment may have to reschedule or wait for the next available appointment with a provider.
  3. All patients age 14 and older are required to show an ID at the time of check in.
