MHS GENESIS TRANSITION

Fort Rucker Army Base, AL – Due to MHS GENESIS transition, Lyster Army Health Clinic will have the following adjusted services.

Pharmacy: Scheduled downtime for audio care (pharmacy refill call in system) 22 Sept - 24 Sept.
TOL Secure Messaging: Last day to send message to provider 22 Sept.
TOL: Online Appointment scheduling option will be unavailable 18-23 Sept.
Pharmacy Drop Off: Last day to submit via TOL secure messaging is 22 Sept.
Lab: Closed at 1200 on 23 Sept.
PAD: Patients do not need to have records printed, they will automatically transfer over into MHS GENESIS following launch.
Sick Call: Not available 26 Sept.
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal: Patients will not be able to schedule appointments online via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal for the first two weeks after go live, please call the appointment line 800-261-7193.
