The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

The 25th Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) clinic, part of Desmond T. Doss Health Clinic (DDHC), is improving medical care for Soldiers through a digital transformation led by Staff Sgt. Crystal Wilkerson, the clinic’s noncommissioned officer in charge (NCOIC). The initiative has reduced wait times, eased administrative tasks and expanded access to medical services.

Introducing Q-Anywhere, a virtual queuing system that lets you activate your prescription the moment you leave your healthcare provider's office at Irwin Army Community Hospital. How it works: 1. Text: Send text "get in line" to (855) 797-3905. 2. Get in line: Your place in line is secured, so you can go about your day. 3. Pick up: When your prescription is ready, head to Window 7 at the Irwin Army Community Hospital pharmacy. Q-Anywhere is available Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 3 p.m., for new prescriptions and renewals entered within the last 7 days. Requests will be ready after 10 a.m. the next business day.

How it works:
1. Scan or text: Simply scan the QR code or text "get in line" to (855) 797-3905.
2. Get in line: Your place in line is secured, so you can go about your day.
3. Pick up: When your prescription is ready, head to Window 7 at the Irwin Army Community Hospital pharmacy.

Q-Anywhere is available Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 3 p.m., for new prescriptions and renewals entered within the last 7 days. Requests will be ready after 10 a.m. the next business day.

For prescriptions older than 7 days, you'll need to activate them in person at the pharmacy during business hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.). For refills, continue to use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or the Audiocare number on your prescription bottle. For urgent needs, please come to the pharmacy and pull a ticket.
