Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

MHS GENESIS is the single electronic health record for service members, veterans, and their families. Please note: ALL websites related to MHS GENESIS will have the .mil domain. For your cyber safety, only use official DOD websites.

MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure patient portal, available 24/7, that give you access to your MHS electronic health record and lets you interact securely with your health care team. 
  • View and download your health data.
  • Book or cancel appointments.
  • Request prescription refills and renewals.
  • View clinical notes and certain lab and test results.
  • Exchange secure messages with your health care team.
  • Complete a pre-visit questionnaire.
  • Look up health information related to your health concerns, results, and prescriptions.
